Q- Can I pay for my order over the phone? 

A- We are unable to process orders over the phone. All orders placed on our website are encrypted through 3rd party services such as Stripe or Paypal. We do not see or store your payment details. 

 

Q- Can I place a custom order?

A- Customization is not available.

 

Q- Will you notify me when a specific product is back in stock?

A- If the item you are interested in is out of stock, there will be a field where you can enter your email address to be notified when the item is back in stock. We do not keep or store these emails after you are notified. 

 

Q- I have a question about an order I placed. Can I speak with someone?

A- Please email us your order number and what your concern is, and we will respond within 24 hours, usually within 12 hours.
