Warranty and Returns Policy
You may return most items for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Please note that for hygienic reasons, hair brushes are not returnable.
Returns showing any type of use will be subject to a deduction on the return credit at the sole discretion of Desert Breeze.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and the reason for returning the item. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Domestic shipping only.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
We ship direct from our warehouse in Idaho. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order is ready to ship.
International shipping is not available.
